No problem! Follow this simple ABC guide:

Enter your email address at the top of this page
and then click on the button above.

Wait a minute or so, then go to your email inbox.
Pick up the email which will have been sent to you.
Then EITHER sign in normally if you can now remember your password
from the reminder you saved
OR click on the link which gives you permission to set a new password.
(This link can only be used once).

Enter your new password, click on save, and you're done!
